The Company focusses on different segments of society and various important topics and areas, one of which will be early childhood development (ECD). Research in the neurosciences has shown that the early childhood period which ranges from conception to the age of eight is critical for human development because it sets the company for all future learning, behaviour and health. Through its ECD programming, the company seeks to improve the quality of and access to ECD services for disadvantaged children and their families by improving the capacity of both civil society and government actors to deliver these services.

The company will strengthen institutional capacity to improve the quality of and access to ECD service provision for poor and marginalized children in Bangladesh through components in organizational development, technical capacity building, replication of existing models, development of new models, and research, advocacy and networking.

• Training: The company main aim is to focus on relevant training to improve the skill set of human resources. The company has trainers and experts as well as affiliations with training institutes and will ensure continuous learning and improvement.

• Promoting pluralism: Encourage pluralist values among Bangladeshi children (3-8 years) to prevent conflict and exclusion through the development and use of children’s storybooks in early years settings.

• The company can also look into economic inclusion. An important part of the company should be around ensuring that people are “touched with the spark which ignites the spirit of individual enterprise and determination”. Through its work, the company should strive to improve the economic well-being specially of women and youth.

• We can increase knowledge, awareness and competencies in the area of gender equality. Provide training and increase knowledge and competencies among participating organizations / institutions, in the area of gender equality.
• Bangladesh is extremely vulnerable to the effects of climate change.  The Global Climate Risk Index ranks Bangladesh as the world’s seventh most affected country over the period 1999-2018. So another very important area to focus on will be on climate change issues. The company can start a mentorship program with a goal of encouraging teenagers and young adults in the main districts of the country starting with Dhaka city, to become contributing citizens towards climate change issues. We can achieve sustainable hygiene and environment behavior change by leveraging potentials of teenagers and young adults.

• Youth related programs: The company will help the youth to focus on the right direction through trainings, workshops, competitions and helping to prepare them for job interviews, etc. Involve youth in different programs and activities like workshops, seminars, dissemination of health advisory and hygiene related information to the teenagers and young adults; empower Teenagers and Young Adults with resources, tools, moral values; create awareness by using different cultural mediums and online platforms; Inspire teenagers and young adults to undertake exemplary initiatives and to showcase their capacities and skills. The company can nurture youth to build a stronger society and future leaders. The main purpose would be to support and empower youth with capacity development, networking and social campaign for development.

• Art and Culture: Work with youth and involve them in art and culture. Explain and teach them the influence of Architecture on the Quality of Life and how Architecture and Culture helps to improve Quality of Life.

• E-learning platform: It will establish and operate the largest e-learning platform for all categories of learning in Bangladesh.

• Using Recycle items: The world population is growing, not shrinking, and currently, each human being adds significant waste to the planet over his or her lifetime. And recycling is one of the best ways for humanity to have a positive impact on the world in which we live. Recycling is very important in today’s world if we want to leave this planet for our future generations! The Company will teach children and youth the importance of using recycled items for conserving resources, saving energy, etc.

• Research and Development: The Company may get involved in research and development to learn new knowledge and innovation, by which the company can help different segments of society for their own development.

• Mental Health First Aid: Globally, one in seven 10-19-year-olds experiences a mental disorder, accounting for 13% of the global burden of disease in this age group. Depression, anxiety and behavioral disorders are among the leading causes of illness and disability among adolescents. Suicide is the fourth leading cause of death among 15-19 year-olds. The consequences of failing to address adolescent mental health conditions extend to adulthood, impairing both physical and mental health and limiting opportunities to lead fulfilling lives as adults. The Company will provide Mental Health First Aid. I am trained to provide the initial first aid and help to someone experiencing mental health.

• Other Programs and projects: The company can arrange many different important topics related workshops, seminars, trainings, capacity building and awareness programs, for example on road safety, climate change, etc.
